Delete your account

You can delete your FreeGPT account and all associated data. This action is irreversible.

Option 1. Delete it right here

1. Sign in to your account on this website
2. Press the “Delete account” button below
3. Confirm — your data is removed immediately

Option 2. Contact support

Email support@freegpt.help from the address your account is registered with, subject “Delete account”. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Account record: email address, name, avatar
• Subscription and plan details
• Usage statistics (message and token counts)
• App access tokens and Telegram link
• Telegram bot settings and chat history

What is retained

Chat history on the website and in the app is stored only on your device — it is removed when you clear browser or app data. Payment records are kept by the payment provider (Google Play, Stripe) for the period required by accounting law and cannot be deleted on request.
