Terms of Service
Последнее обновление: August 31, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the FreeGPT.help service (the “Service”) available at freegpt.help. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
1. Service description
The Service provides access to an AI-powered chat assistant and additional features: image generation, file processing, voice input and speech synthesis. The Service is freemium: basic features are free (with ads and daily limits), and advanced features require a paid subscription.
2. Registration and account
Some features are available without registration. Saving history, subscribing and accessing advanced features requires signing in via Google, Telegram or email. You agree to provide accurate data and are responsible for keeping your account secure.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate laws or the rights of third parties;
- create or distribute harmful, abusive or unlawful content;
- scrape data, resell API access or bypass technical limits;
- attempt to disrupt the Service or gain unauthorized access.
4. Content and AI
Responses are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. The Service is not a source of professional advice. You independently verify and are responsible for the use of the information, as well as for the data you input and the content generated from your prompts.
5. Subscription and payment
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions. Payment is made via a payment provider or Telegram Stars; charges occur automatically at the start of each billing period until cancellation. Plan changes are prorated.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the paid period. Refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
Rights to the Service, its design and trademarks belong to the Service administration. You retain rights to the content you input and grant us a limited license to process your request.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or consequences of using generated content, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is posted on this page. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.
