Refund Policy

1. Free plan

Basic features are free, so you can evaluate the Service before subscribing.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in the “Subscription” section. After cancellation, recurring charges stop and access remains until the end of the paid period.

3. Refunds

Since the service is digital and consumed immediately, paid periods are generally non-refundable. We consider refunds in cases of:

• technical inability to use the Service through our fault;
• an erroneous or duplicate charge;
• a request within 14 days of the first charge, provided paid limits were barely used.

4. Plan changes

Switching plans is prorated. No separate refund is issued when upgrading.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@freegpt.help with your account address and the reason. We will respond within a reasonable time.
