1. What data we process

• Account data: email, name and avatar at sign-in.
• Request content: text, files and voice phrases sent to model providers.
• Chat history: for unregistered users it is stored only in your browser.
• Usage data: number of messages, model class, token volume.
• Payment data: handled by the payment provider; we do not store card details.
• Technical data: IP address and country (for currency and abuse prevention).

2. Purposes of processing

Providing the service and generating responses; authentication and keeping the subscription; enforcing limits and preventing abuse; processing payments; support and improvement of the Service; legal compliance.

3. Third-party services

• AI model providers (via the OpenRouter aggregator) — processing requests;
• Stripe and Telegram — accepting payments;
• Mailgun — sending sign-in code emails;
• Google, Telegram — authentication;
• Ad networks — showing ads on the free plan (cookies).

4. Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies and local storage for the sign-in session, settings, chat history and ads on the free plan. Data can be cleared in your browser or in “Settings → Data”.

5. Storage and protection

Account and subscription data is stored as long as needed for the service and legal requirements. Voice phrases are processed at request time and are not stored as audio recordings. We apply reasonable safeguards, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and export your chat history. Account deletion is available on request to the address below.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for persons under 16.

8. Changes to the policy

The current version is posted on this page with a date.
